Job Summary:

The Safety, Security & Facilities Supervisor ensures a secure and well-maintained workplace by overseeing security operations, facility maintenance, and safety compliance. This role involves supervising security personnel, managing risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce safety and security protocols to protect employees, customers, and company assets
  • Supervise security personnel and monitor safety compliance
  • Oversee facility maintenance to ensure proper upkeep of buildings, equipment, and utilities
  • Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and emergency drills
  • Ensure compliance with local safety, security, and environmental regulations
  • Manage CCTV, access control, and alarm systems for enhanced security
  • Coordinate with external agencies (fire department, law enforcement, contractors) when needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in safety, security, and facilities supervision
  • Strong leadership and crisis management skills
  • Knowledge of building maintenance, safety protocols, and security systems
  • Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours
