KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise daily maintenance activities and assign tasks to mechanical and electrical technicians.
  • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure smooth equipment operations.
  • Monitor machine performance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure maintenance works comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related technical course).
  • With 3–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Good leadership, planning, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules.
  • Willing to work in Silang, Cavite.
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
