  • Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
  • Experience in conducting child developmental assessments.
  • Ability to determine necessary teaching materials and tolls for effective learning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans for toddlers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and Google Workspace.
  • Amenable to work in Malagasang or Alapan Imus City Cavite.

Job Description:

  • Preparation and Setup:
  • Arrive early to organize the classroom, prepare materials, and review the day's schedule with the lead teacher, ensuring all resources are ready for seamless execution of activities.
  • Child Engagement and Activity Support:
  • Actively assist children during structured lessons, free play, and creative activities, fostering participation, ensuring inclusion, and adapting to individual needs.
  • Behavior Management and Safety:
  • Monitor children to ensure their safety, encourage positive behavior through clear communication, mediate conflicts with patience, and escalate serious issues to the lead teacher when necessary.
  • Observation and Documentation:
  • Observe children's behavior and developmental progress, maintaining accurate records to share with the lead teacher and, when appropriate, with parents.
  • Closure and Maintenance:
  • Help children with end-of-day routines, tidy the classroom, and organize materials for the next day to ensure a clean, welcoming, and well-prepared
