About the Role As aSr. Network Engineer , you will be part of Insight’s Infrastructure Managed Services team supporting multiple clients across diverse technologies and challenging projects. We will count on you to lead documentation efforts, provide expert-level network support, and drive continual service improvements. What We’re Looking For Significant experience with network technologies across mixed vendor environments Professional-level certifications and expertise in route/switch, security, wireless Strong understanding of SD-WAN, monitoring tools (e.g., ScienceLogic, ServiceNow) Demonstrated experience with vendor technologies such Palo Alto, Prisma, Panorama Cisco, Cisco Meraki, ASA, Firepower, Fortinet, F5, and Juniper Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently What You Can Expect We’re legendary for taking care of you, your family, and helping you engage with your local community.
