What You'll Do
- Build rapport with clients and identify solutions that meet their needs
- Guide clients through mortgage processes, verifying documents and answering inquiries
- Provide expert advice on home buying or refinancing with exceptional service
Who We're Looking For
- College Graduate
- 1–2 years BPO experience in billing or financial accounts
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Experience in billing and collections
