Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the pharmacy's daily operations, ensuring accurate dispensing of medications based on prescriptions.
  • Provide patient counseling and respond to drug-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with all standard policies, procedures, and applicable local and national laws.
  • Represent the pharmacy during inspections by regulatory bodies such as the FDA and PDEA.
  • Maintain and update pharmacy records for accessibility and audit readiness.
  • Manage inventory and monitor stock levels to ensure availability of medicines.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed and registered Pharmacist.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a retail drugstore setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and patient service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and possesses strong analytical thinking.
