Japan Home Centre is looking for a Head Pharmacist

Job Description:

  • Ensure all products and business operations comply with FDA, DOH, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage product registrations, renewals, and licenses, including LTO and CPR, ensuring timely submission and updates.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to product labeling, safety, and distribution protocols.
  • Review marketing materials and product documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to secure complete regulatory documents and ensure product classification accuracy.
  • Lead and train compliance staff, oversee inspections, and serve as the main contact for FDA and audit requirements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations on food, cosmetics, and household products.
  • Experienced in handling LTO and CPR applications, as well as regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
