Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or any related technical field.
  • Master's degree or additional certifications in coatings technology or business management is an advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in the coatings, paints, or chemical industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record in customer technical support, troubleshooting, and product application guidance.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of coating systems, surface preparation, and application methods.
  • Knowledge of international standards (ISO, ASTM, NACE, SSPC) and local regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in technical report writing, data analysis, and quality assurance processes.

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to train, coach, and develop technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with customers, sales teams, and international partners.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally to customer sites, training, or technical meetings.
  • Physically fit to conduct on-site inspections in marine, industrial, and construction environments.
  • Strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and alignment with company's values and standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
