JOB SUMMARY

Overall architectural management of the assigned MRB project, ensuring that all planning, design, and execution aspects adhere to company standards, project objectives, and timelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee the design process by monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating consultant and in-house design outputs across all planning and design phases to ensure conformance with project objectives, timelines, and design standards.
  • Handle contract management of various consultants for assigned projects.
  • Ensure that design outputs conform to project budgets.
  • Participate in the company's standardization and design development initiatives.
  • Ensure that all design requirements and timelines are met.
  • Conduct occasional test fits and conceptual/architectural design studies.
  • Lead design coordination meetings and site inspections, demonstrating strong architectural and design management skills.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Licensed Architect.
  • At least 15 years of experience working in an architectural firm and/or real estate development company (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (five or more).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and SketchUp is an advantage.
  • Can work well under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
