## Explore our Sr. UI UX Designer positionAs a **Sr. UI UX Designer**, you have experience working on multiple projects in an agency environment. You lead the design phase of assigned projects, like websites, app and product design and branding, and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization. You work closely with our strategists from the wireframe phase until the design handoff and ensure pixel-perfect results during development. You have a deep understanding of the team’s design needs and help the team strategize to effectively deliver exceptional design for websites, web apps, and mobile apps. You use your UI and UX design expertise to ensure we meet and exceed client’s expectations.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategists, producers/project managers, and designers to understand project goals and user requirements.* Collaborate with development teams to ensure a seamless transition from design to implementation.* Collaborates with Project managers and producers on communicating design rationale to stakeholders and clients, leading design discussions* Present design concepts and strategies to team and/or clients, showcasing the value of design solutions and gaining buy-in.* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field* 5+years of extensive experience in UI and UX Design: previous roles as a UX UI designer, interaction designer, or similar positions* Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar software used in UX and UI design* The ability to grasp complex product features and translate them into comprehensive design specifications is unparalleled, setting the stage for innovative solutions.* Strong attention to detail to ensure every design element aligns with perfection* Unwavering determination to ensure the completion of tasks to achieve results* A growth mindset, a readiness to adapt to evolving environments, and a commitment to learning from errors* Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges creatively* Strong collaboration and communication skills to work well with cross-functional teams, project managers, clients, and stakeholders* You’re driven by an insatiable curiosity, continuously investing in your learning journey and sharing knowledge to inspire others around you.* A flexible demeanor enables you to navigate dynamic environments with poise, quickly adapting to shifting priorities and challenges.* Your expertise spans beyond aesthetics – you bring extensive experience in user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies to the table.* Your leadership capabilities are a force to be reckoned with, as you guide and inspire design teams toward their best work, fostering innovation and excellence.* Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – define your ability to articulate design decisions, strategies, and concepts effectively to clients and teams.* You’re deeply rooted in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture, ensuring every project resonates with user needs.* A collaborative mindset makes you an asset within multidisciplinary teams, as you effortlessly adapt to project requirements and timelines.* Your analytical prowess is coupled with a keen business acumen, aligning design solutions with strategic objectives and driving positive outcomes.Open positions### Discover the role that’s best for you
