Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget while meeting quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify project challenges and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address any issues to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Communicate project updates, status reports, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Ensure project completion within the designated timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required
  • Proven experience in project management and engineering.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • With Driver's License is an advantage
