Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Marketing Associate located in Mandaluyong. The role involves supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing online marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and update content across company websites, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
  • Support SEO/SEM efforts to increase website visibility and traffic.
  • Research and identify trends, insights, and competitor activities to optimize digital strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or social media management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
