What is your mission?

We are looking for a Linux System Administrator to manage and maintain our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure across RHEL, Ubuntu, and AWS environments. You will be responsible for system health, upgrades, security, automation, and performance tuning. This role is ideal for someone with strong Linux, scripting, and cloud operations skills who thrives in a dynamic enterprise IT environment.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Administer and support Linux servers (RHEL, Ubuntu) across data centers, AWS cloud, and clinic offices
  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot incidents on AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda, AMQ) and On-Prem infrastructure
  • Perform OS upgrades, manage YUM/APT repositories, apply security patches, and install software
  • Handle Active Directory / Linux user administration
  • Configure and maintain file share protocols (NFS, SAMBA)
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity
  • Document system changes, standard procedures, and incident resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and architect enterprise applications
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for critical systems support
  • Manage container-based infrastructure running on ECS Docker
  • Administer MongoDB at the OS level, including tuning, backup, and replication

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience administering RHEL and Ubuntu in both on-premises and AWS environments
  • Advanced understanding of PKI, SSH, SSL/TLS, and secure authentication protocols
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible or SALT for configuration management
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar
  • Experience with NAS/SAN storage, LUN provisioning, and Linux file system setup
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, ECS)
  • Familiarity with virtualization tools like VMware, Oracle VM (OVM), or Xen
  • Experience with monitoring and log tools like PRTG, AWS CloudWatch/CloudTrail, and custom alerts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
