Job description:

Working Hours:

• Break Time: 2 hours
• Net Working Hours: 8 hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
• Respond to customer complaints tactfully, professionally, and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct before submission.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier station and front-of-house areas.
• Assist in table setup and cleanliness in accordance with company standards.
• Track and manage daily expenses and cash flow in line with company protocols.
• Follow all company policies, including the code of conduct and operational procedures.
• Show respect and professionalism to superiors, colleagues, and customers at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
