About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Seamer Machine Operator to join our production team. The Seamer Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the seaming machine to ensure that cans are properly sealed in accordance with company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor seamer machines to ensure proper sealing of cans.
  • Conduct regular inspection of seams to ensure quality and compliance with product standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on the machine to prevent downtime.
  • Set up the machine according to product specifications (can size, lid type, etc.).
  • Coordinate with maintenance and quality assurance teams for repairs or adjustments.
  • Ensure that safety procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) are strictly followed.
  • Report any equipment malfunction or product deviation immediately to the Line Leader or Supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times.

Qualifications

  • At least High School graduate or Vocational course in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • Preferably with experience in operating seamer machines or other packaging equipment in a food manufacturing plant.
  • Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of machine troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit and willing to work on shifting schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
