Electronics Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Licensed ECE or ECT (advantage but not mandatory depending on company policy).
• At least 1–3 years experience in industrial equipment, automation, or manufacturing support.
• Strong knowledge in:
• PLC programming (Siemens required)
• MOP (Method of Procedure) implementation
• Wi-Fi network systems and configuration
• Industrial control systems, sensors, VFDs, HMIs
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, control schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, or extended hours when needed

Key Responsibilities

Automation & PLC Control

• Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent).
• Diagnose and resolve system errors, machine stoppages, and automation faults.
• Monitor control logic, sensors, relays, and electrical components for performance and safety.

Manufacturing Operations Support

• Assist in machine commissioning, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure electronics-related tasks in the Method of Procedure (MOP) are properly implemented.
• Coordinate with production teams during equipment start-ups, shutdowns, and test runs.

Network, Wi-Fi, and Communication Systems

• Maintain connectivity of industrial Wi-Fi networks, routers, access points, and related hardware.
• Integrate control systems with network communication platforms.
• Conduct system checks to ensure stable communication between PLCs, HMIs, and servers.

Technical Documentation

• Prepare and maintain wiring diagrams, PLC logic documentation, MOPs, and equipment reports.
• Update maintenance logs, testing records, calibration files, and configuration backups.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all work is compliant with electrical codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and corrective action implementation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
