About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated human resources staff to join our team at Sumi Philippines Wiring Systems Corporation in Hermosa, Bataan. As a full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting the company's human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining employee records and files
  • Providing general HR support and advice to employees
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant HR-related laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with the HR team to implement HR policies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Manufacturing industry HR experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using HR software and data management systems
  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
