Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration,
  • or any related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, specifically in Payroll, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
