DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet all customer needs and exceed expectations, proactively seek solutions to problems, notifying management when concerns arise
  • Maintain the highest customer service experience rating by 98%
  • Proactively educate customers regarding basic guide and features of our HMS devices
  • Ensure to update consistently the customer for all handled transactions until closure
  • Perform aggressive selling approach for all products, accessories, HD films & devices
  • Will be working under a premium Telco brand

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field, preferably in Business, Hotel & Restaurant, and Tourism
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years' experience in customer service.
  • Experience in Hotel & Restaurant, and Tourism industry will be considered.
  • Experienced in Telco Industry or other Service Center is an advantage
  • Willing to work 6 days a week, mall hours
  • Willing to work onsite at One Ayala, Makati

Eligible for HMO after 6 months of tenure
