Legal Affairs Assistant

Duties and Responsibility:
- Conduct corporate legal research on cases and gather pertinent legal information.
- Monitor, study and develop written summaries of proposed and enacted company policies, regulations, guidelines, and other relevant corporate publications.
- Assist with case preparation providing necessary documents relative to the legal action.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all documents, contracts and date.
- Coordinates with partner law offices.
- Assist with the administration and management of legal workflow.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Legal Management or equivalent
- Has strong organizational and time management skills
- With strong negotiation skills, knowledge in law and legal procedure, good in analytical and logical reasoning.
- With experience as Paralegal or Legal Assistant is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in legal research and in drafting of legal and business documents
- Familiarity with Philippine laws and regulations, particularly labor law, corporate law, and contract law.
- Willing to work in Makati.
