Scope: Handling Operations

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Accountable "The Buck Stops Here" - The individual who is ultimately accountable -

their neck is on the line if the job isn't done They have the power of veto. Only one 'A'

can be assigned to an activity or decision. They can delegate the 'R' (or choose to do

them)

Consulted "In the Loop" - The individual(s) who need to be consulted prior to a final

decision or action being taken. This is TWO-WAY communication. Consulted may not

have a direct part in the task but is impacted by its completion. Their input may be

necessary.

Informed "Keep in the Picture" - The individual(s) who need to be informed after a

decision or action is taken. This is ONE-WAY communication. Input from the informed

party is not necessary - but they will need to know. They may be required to take action

as a result of the outcome.

  • Ensuring that all the processes are delivering as per the customer requirements.
  • Responsible for creating daily reports regarding the production status R
  • Responsible for closure of customer complaints within the agreed timelines. R
  • Ensuring adherence to the documented QC processes. R
  • Identifying areas of improvements and sharing the best practices across the
  • organization
  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining of Quality Related Documents R
  • Compliances
  • Ensuring Data security compliance of the team R
  • Adhering To Company Policies, Rules And Regulations AR
  • Following Quality Processes Thoroughly - Checklists, Standards etc. On Process R
  • Adhering to Work Timings, Leave Schedules

Education

Mandatory: Diploma or Bachelors or Master's Degree or for a minimum of 2 years.

Desirable: Experience of leading team with at least 2 years of management and team

handling or not mandatory if hired from Engineering campus.

Experience

Technical Competencies: (Job related)

Knowledge and Experience of Working of Computers and MS Office.

Soft Skills: (Job related)

Excellent communication skills

o Maintain long term relationships with clients

o Maintain collaborating relationships with company's staff

o Communicate effectively with all Team members

o Strong Verbal and Written communication

Highly organized and Punctual with the ability to prioritize main duties

Strong Presentation skills
