Key Contributions

  • As a Carrier Relations Support Associate for the Sales team, your main responsibility will be to manage and cultivate relationships with carrier partners.
  • You will play a crucial role in negotiating agreements and ensuring smooth operations between the telecommunications company and its carrier partners.
  • You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of carrier agreements, billing details, and interconnection data to ensure seamless operations and compliance.

  • Completed a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, office management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in carrier relations or partner management within the telecommunications industry.
  • Work experience as a sales support or admin support of at least one (1) year.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed broadband networks, infrastructure, and connectivity technologies.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
