We're Hiring: AVP for Government Relations
We are seeking an experienced and strategic AVP for Government Relations to lead our public affairs initiatives and strengthen relationships with government agencies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in government relations, policy advocacy, and stakeholder management to advance our organizational objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do
Develop and implement comprehensive government relations strategies

Build and maintain relationships with key government officials and agencies

Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the organization

Represent the company in government meetings and public forums

Provide strategic counsel on policy matters to senior leadership

Ensure compliance with government regulations and requirements

What We're Looking For
Must be a Licensed Lawyer and must have a minimum 10 years of experience in government relations or public affairs

Strong understanding of Philippine government structure and processes

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven track record in stakeholder management

Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or related field

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
