Job Purpose

The Internal Auditor is responsible for providing independent, objective assurance and consulting activities designed to add value and improve the organization's operations. The role helps the company accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with company policies.
  • Review financial transactions, reports, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in preparing audit findings, reports, and recommendations for management review.
  • Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Support management in identifying areas of potential risk and propose risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or BSBA major in Internal Auditing/Accounting (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • With at least 1 to 2 years work experience in auditing or related field is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in auditing standards, internal controls, and risk assessment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently with integrity and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
