About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Telesales Representative at AUXILIA INC', a leading provider of cutting-edge solutions. In this full-time, office-based role in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers and driving sales through excellent communication and customer service skills.

What you'll be doing

  1. Initiating outbound calls to generate new leads and convert them into sales
  2. Delivering compelling sales pitches to effectively promote our products and services
  3. Providing exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with clients
  4. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  5. Accurately recording customer information and sales activities in our CRM system
  6. Continuously improving product knowledge and sales techniques through training and coaching

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a telesales or outbound sales role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software
  5. A driven and competitive mindset, with the determination to meet and exceed sales targets
  6. Fluency in English and the local language
