Sure-spot Distribution Corporation is a distributor of FMCG products based in Davao City. We are hiring a detail-oriented Finance Head to oversee and manage all financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts; managing cash flow and internal controls; ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements; and providing insights to support decision-making. The role also involves leading the finance team, coordinating audits, and optimizing financial processes to drive efficiency and profitability. Ideal candidates possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial regulations, and leadership capabilities to support organizational growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts, and internal controls.
  • Analyze performance and implement improvements.
  • Lead audits and oversee financial processes.
  • Supervise and develop the finance team.
  • Troubleshoot finance-related issues and provide solutions.
  • Support strategic planning and cost optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, or a related field (preferably with CPA license).
  • At least 5 years of practical work experience in finance and administration.
  • In-depth understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data to support decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates a positive work attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
