The SEO Specialist The SEO Specialist will lead efforts to improve organic visibility and search rankings for three golf properties. The role focuses on technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and data-driven reporting to ensure continuous organic growth. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Implementation: Conduct audits, implement on-page SEO practices, and suggest technical improvements. Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Identify ranking opportunities; optimize web pages and guide content teams for SEO alignment. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor keyword performance, organic traffic, and search visibility; generate monthly reports. Website Development Support: Provide SEO structure recommendations and collaborate with developers and designers on site layout and usability. Collaboration & Communication: Join weekly marketing calls; maintain ongoing communication during business hours. Requirements 2-3 years of hands‑on SEO experience in hospitality or golf industry. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs. Understanding of content optimization and keyword planning. Familiarity with HTML basics and CMS platforms like WordPress. Analytical and results‑focused mindset.
