SEO Team Leader – (iGaming)

Location: Philippines, work-from-home (WFH) / remote.

We are looking for an dedicated SEO Team Leader to join a growing team in the iGaming sector. This role involves managing a group of SEO specialists, content writers, and developers, ensuring the continued growth of multiple affiliate sites.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone well-versed in technical SEO and team management within the online casino and betting landscape. This role requires a true SEO expert — someone who lives and breathes search optimization, not a marketing generalist with some exposure to SEO.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate a team of SEO specialists, writers, and web developers.
  • Oversee the creation, optimization, and scaling of 40+ casino affiliate sites.
  • Develop and implement on-page, off-page SEO, and content strategies targeted at the Australian and New Zealand markets.
  • Manage link-building and outreach operations, including PBNs, guest posts, and digital PR.
  • Monitor and analyze keyword performance, organic traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Ensure optimal site structure, technical SEO, and page speed.
  • Collaborate with the Director to align strategies with traffic and revenue goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of SEO experience
  • A minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven success in affiliate SEO within the casino, sportsbook, or crypto sectors.
  • A strong grasp of WordPress, content publishing workflows, and analytics tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing multiple domains or microsites simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong command of English.
  • Based in the Philippines or willing to work remotely within the region.
  • Prior experience with the AU & NZ markets will be considered an advantage but is NOT mandatory.
