The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, including expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics. The role ensures that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope in collaboration with middle and top management.
  • Lead and manage all video and program requirements for assigned projects.
  • Establish and maintain organized project files to ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality.
  • Address client needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Regularly review project work quality with the project team to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Prepare and submit periodic project reports to management.
  • Ensure proper implementation of bidding processes for suppliers and project requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks for all production and digital equipment.
  • Manage all project funds in accordance with established accounting policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and at the required quality level.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and submit comprehensive Post-Production Reports.
  • Develop detailed work plans outlining tasks and timelines required for successful project completion.
  • Determine necessary resources, including time, budget, manpower, and equipment.
  • Create and manage project schedules, revising them as necessary in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Establish project objectives and evaluation measures.
  • In coordination with management, recruit, interview, and select freelance manpower as needed.
  • Ensure all project personnel receive appropriate orientation and training.
  • Continuously source and build relationships with new suppliers and freelance manpower.
  • Maintain and secure all contracted manpower records and documentation.
  • Execute projects strictly according to approved client and director plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management within the events industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Flexible in working conditions and open to continuous learning and training.
