About the role

Our Company is seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Engineer/HR to join our growing team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives, while also overseeing key human resource functions. This position is based in Lipa City, Batangas.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyzing and improving production processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
  2. Implementing lean manufacturing principles and other industrial engineering best practices
  3. Gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for process improvements
  4. Developing and implementing training programs to upskill our workforce
  5. Managing employee onboarding, performance reviews, and other HR-related tasks
  6. Liaising with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges
  7. Providing strategic recommendations to leadership on optimizing the organization's processes and human capital

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  2. 2+ years of experience in an industrial engineering or similar role, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment
  3. Proficient in data analysis, process improvement methodologies, and project management
  4. Strong understanding of HR principles and experience in managing HR-related functions
  5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives
