Angeles City, Central Luzon, Philippines Landers Superstore Full time

Responsible in servicing customers by preparing and mixing different kinds of Doppio drinks according to company standard and recipe. This position ensures that the Doppio area is clean and sanitized at all times.

  • Safeguards the glassware and other bar equipment with care to minimize breakage and/or replacement.
  • Mixes all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company standard operating procedures to keep drink costs at a minimum.
  • Requests and stocks all supplies (i.e. fruits, and grocery items needed in the operation).
  • Stores and handles all kinds of non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Reports and monitors daily beverage per stock control and monthly beverage inventory to Food Service Supervisor
  • Implements food safety, cleanliness and sanitation procedures.
  • Reports any injury or incident as soon as possible to Immediate
  • Superior so actions can be taken.
  • Maintains a safe, clean and comfortable environment for team members, guests, visitors and employees in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Abides with Company Policies, Rules and Regulations on
  • Discipline, Food Safety, Quality Schemes, Safety and other related
  • Company Policies being implemented.
  • Consistently delivers high level of customer service and maintains clean environment to all guests

Customer Experience

  • Greets and welcome potential customers in the Doppio area.
  • Takes customer orders and accurately and swiftly
  • Implements suggestive and up-selling techniques.
  • Resolves minor customer complaints regarding orders

Educational Background: Must possess at least High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverages Services Management, Hospitality or equivalent.

Experience: Preferably with 2 years and up experience as Barista or Bar Tender.

Former barista's from prominent coffee shop is a plus factor.

Trainings, Licenses & Certifications: Barista Training Course NCII certified. preferred
