We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Cost Accounting Supervisor to lead our client's cost accounting operations.

Location: Binan, Laguna | Direct hire opportunity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in a medium to large organization
  • CPA certification is an advantage but not required
  • In-depth knowledge of cost accounting and fixed asset management principles, policies, and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing inventory management, cost accounting, fixed assets, budget control, and financial reporting activities. Ensures that all accounting functions are performed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with the department's standard operating procedures. The role focuses on maintaining proper inventory and fixed asset records while ensuring effective budget monitoring and financial integrity.
