KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Facilitate end-to-end business requirements gathering and documentation to align with project objectives and expected benefits.
  2. Translate business requirements into actionable project scope, ensuring clarity and alignment with technical architecture and solution design.
  3. Prepare and manage standard project documentation, including BRDs, FRs, RTMs, and Business Benefit Registers.
  4. Collaborate with project managers and vendors on technical evaluation, documentation reviews, and solution validation.
  5. Support project planning by providing inputs on scope, timeline, risks, and resource requirements.
  6. Participate in and support UAT, quality assurance processes, and deliverable validation.
  7. Conduct business process analysis, using tools such as BPMN, SIPOC, VSM, RACI, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  8. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement across IT and business operations.
  9. Ensure compliance with information security and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related discipline).
  • At least 5 years of professional IT experience with a minimum of 3 years as an IT Business Analyst handling medium-scale IT projects.
  • Proven success in delivering high-quality business analysis outputs (BRDs, BPAs, FRs, etc.) for small to medium projects.
  • Proficiency in at least two functional domains (Finance, HCM, Supply Chain, Billing, EAM, etc.).
  • Strong skills in business process analysis, data gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and Agile methodologies.
  • Business analysis certifications such as ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) or Agile Foundation training are an advantage.
