We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Manager to lead the Dev Project Management team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of M3 and a solid internal network within M3 Development. The manager will be responsible for people leadership, project oversight, and process facilitation, including the ROAR board and release management activities.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• People Management
• • Lead and support a team of project managers and coordinators.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development guidance.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Project Oversight
• • Monitor and support the execution of development projects across M3 and cross-product initiatives.
• Ensure visibility, alignment, and timely delivery of project outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage priorities and dependencies.
• ROAR Process Facilitation
• • Facilitate the ROAR board and related processes. Possibly evolve to being an owner of the different processes in M3 Development.
• Ensure effective intake, prioritization, and tracking of project requests.
• Release Management Involvement
• • Coordinate with development and release teams to support planning and execution of releases.
• Ensure readiness and communication of release content and timelines.
• Cross-Team Collaboration
• • Work closely with M3 Development and other Infor product teams to align on shared goals and deliverables.

What You Will Need:

• Experience in team leadership or people management.
• Strong knowledge of M3 and its development ecosystem.
• Well-connected within M3 Development teams.
• Basic project management experience; formal PM certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

What Will Put You Ahead?

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Understanding of SDLC and release processes.
