Job description;

1.) Conduct physical inventory of finished goods daily and submit to concerned department if required.

2.) Responsible for checking the availability of stocks for preparation before distributing the sales order to Warehouse Helpers for actual preparation.

3.) In-charge of maintaining proper storage of stocks.

4.) Provide instructions to Indoor Operators for the location and stacking of stocks accordingly.

5.) Ensure that the standard stacking heights of stock is implemented to avoid product fall and damages.

6.) In-charge for recording and monitory of damaged items for re-work at Production Department.

7.) Accurate releasing, checking of stocks.

8.) Enforces control measures as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensures proper handling of stocks, accurate checking, safekeeping and protection of all items from damage, theft and pilferage.

9.) Provide recommendation for system enhancement and improvement.

10.) Supervision of all staff under your direct or indirect control.

11.) Ensure that all resources are utilized efficiently.

12.) Train and monitor staff in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safe work practices.

13.) Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities and cycle counts.
