About the role

Join the dynamic team at Good Pastry Café' as a full-time Barista. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee creations in our vibrant Quezon City café. As a Barista, you'll be an integral part of delivering a memorable experience to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Prepare a wide range of coffee and specialty drink orders with speed and attention to detail Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, provide recommendations and answer inquiries about our menu Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area to ensure efficient service Adhere to established policies, procedures and quality standards to uphold the reputation of Good Pastry Café' Collaborate with the team to support daily café operations as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role in the hospitality/food & beverage industry Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Strong knowledge of coffee bean varieties, brewing methods and drink preparation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Good communication and problem-solving skills Passion for creating high-quality coffee and exceptional customer experiences
