About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista/Cashier to join our dynamic team at Kares International Commodities and Manpower Services' in Metro Manila. As a Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages in a fast-paced café environment. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to showcase their barista skills and contribute to the success of our thriving café.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to the highest standards
  2. Operate the cash register, handle financial transactions, and balance the cash drawer
  3. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience
  4. Maintain a clean and well-organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  5. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
  6. Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient service

What we're looking for

  1. Experience is a plus but we ACCEPT without experience
  2. Any educational attainment (High School Level to College Level)
  3. Any gender (Male, Female, & LGBTQIA+)
  4. 18 to 35 years old are accepted
  5. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
  6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  7. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  8. Flexible schedule and willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed
