Head Barista

About the role

Join the vibrant team at Good Pastry Café' as our new Head Barista. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café's bar and beverage service, ensuring customers receive exceptional coffee and drink experiences. Based in our Quezon City location, you will be a key part of our Hospitality & Tourism team.

What you'll be doing

Manage and train the barista team to deliver consistently high-quality coffee and specialty drinks Develop and refine beverage recipes and presentation to elevate our café's offerings Ensure efficient and seamless bar operations, including inventory management and equipment maintenance Foster a positive and engaging customer service culture within the bar team Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative beverage pairings Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the bar experience Assist in developing seasonal and special event beverage menus

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Barista or Bartender, preferably in a busy café or restaurant setting Exceptional coffee and beverage knowledge, including experience with various brewing methods and drink preparation Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and develop your barista team Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills Creativity and passion for crafting unique and memorable drink experiences Flexible and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
