As we continue expanding our presence and shaping meaningful cultural experiences, we are looking for a strategic and creative PR Manager to elevate the brand's voice across media and partnerships.

Role Overview

The PR Manager will serve as the brand's storyteller and reputation builder. This role is responsible for shaping Hinabi Privé's public image, managing media relations, creating compelling narratives, and ensuring cohesive communication across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate has strong media relationships, excellent communication skills, and a passion for arts, culture, and hospitality.

Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations & Media Engagement

• Develop and execute PR strategies that enhance brand value and visibility.
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with media, press, bloggers, influencers, and cultural partners.
• Write and distribute press releases, media kits, statements, and feature stories.
• Secure media placements, interviews, editorial features, and event coverage.
• Monitor press mentions and manage media inquiries.

Brand Communications

• Uphold and communicate the brand's narrative, values, and visual identity across all PR outputs.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure messaging consistency across digital, print, and event touchpoints.
• Craft engaging stories for campaigns, launches, events, and collaborations.

Event PR & Guest Relations

• Coordinate PR efforts for all Hinabi Privé events, including media previews, cultural dinners, and collaborations.
• Manage guest lists, VIP coordination, and media attendance.
• Prepare speeches, talking points, and briefs for key spokespersons.

Partnerships & Community Engagement

• Identify and cultivate relationships with cultural institutions, lifestyle brands, hotels, restaurants, and creative communities.
• Support partnership negotiations and integration of PR components into collaborations.

Crisis & Reputation Management

• Monitor brand sentiment and respond proactively to issues.
• Prepare holding statements and communication protocols as needed.

Reporting & Strategy

• Track PR performance, media ROI, and engagement metrics.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in PR, preferably in hospitality, arts/culture, F&B, or luxury lifestyle brands.
• Strong media network and proven ability to secure coverage.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
• Deep appreciation for Filipino culture, craftsmanship, and culinary arts is a strong plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
