Facilities Admin Assistant at Teleperformance, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of our Davao City office. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in an administrative and facilities management role. The position is based in our Davao del Sur location.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the facilities management team, including task coordination, record-keeping, and report generation.
- Assisting with the management of office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinating with service providers and vendors to ensure the timely completion of facility-related tasks.
- Monitoring and reporting on the condition of the office space, and collaborating with the team to address any issues.
- Participating in the planning and execution of office events and initiatives.
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the office.
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or facilities management role, but open to fresh graduates.
