About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst - Audit to join our dynamic team at Golden Century Marketing. As a Data Analyst - Audit, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic, data-driven insights to support our business operations and decision-making processes. This full-time position is based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  2. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualisations to provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
  4. Conduct audits and assessments to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance
  5. Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities
  6. Communicate findings and present recommendations to management in a clear and compelling manner

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Information technology or Computer Science
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  3. Proficient in using data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to non-technical stakeholders
  6. Experience in conducting audits and assessments to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance
  7. Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices
