OVERVIEW

1. Dispatching of orders

a. Facilitate releasing of paid orders from retail store to customer and ensuring accuracy in quantity and type of stock released based of receipt

b. Perform weighing of by-kilo orders and releasing or delegating to warehouse workers

c. Assist in maintaining orderliness is customer queue

d. Assist in customer inquiry (light inquiries only)

2. Monitoring and organizing of inventory, tools, equipment

a. Monitoring and documentation of ingress and egress of stock to retail store, customer, and/or delivery truck

b. Perform daily organizing and inventory of stocks including but not limited to retail products and retail store operating inventories

c. Reporting of stock movement/inventory confirmation or anomalies to stock supervisor

d. Organizing of labels for rice kamadas and regularly updating of inventory map

e. Assisting of warehouse workers

f. Conducting verification of stock movement and documentation of results

3. Retail Maintenance

a. Cleaning and organizing of retail store, store front, parking area, stock office/area, equipment, tools, furniture and fixtures

b. Disposal of wastes

c. Conducting facility checking and reporting of facility concerns to immediate superior

d. Perform or assist in repairs and maintenance

e. Conducting routine pest control

4. Administrative tasks

a. Updating of stock reports

b. Preparing documents needed for day-to-day operations of retail store stock team

c. Printing and filing

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Male, 22-30 years old, physically fit

2. At least high school graduate

3. At least one (1) year experience in related positions on inventory monitoring, warehouse or cargo loading

4. Basic computer skills and in Microsoft Excel and Word for encoding and updating of reports

OTHER INFORMATION

· Work involves lifting and working at heights

· Willing to work six (6) days a week may sometimes include Sundays (with rest day overtime of rest day scheduled within the week) - non-negotiable

· Willing to work in Bacoor Branch (Palico Daanan Mambog Bacoor)

· Willing to work any shift – morning, mid, evening, night shift
