Overview:

You will create transformative Salesforce products that redefine how our clients operate. As an experienced developer, you'll leverage the full power of the platform—using both coding and declarative tools—to build robust integrations and APIs. You will partner with diverse teams to design custom solutions, participate in technical sessions, and play a key role in internal staff training and ongoing client success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Oversee the full development lifecycle of tailored Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet rigorous performance benchmarks.
  • Function as the primary point of contact for Salesforce development queries, providing high-level support and professional development for the engineering team.
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to ensure technical builds align perfectly with functional business requirements.
  • Uphold system integrity by conducting frequent code inspections and ensuring all developments meet security compliance standards.
  • Maintain a roadmap for system enhancements based on the latest Salesforce ecosystem updates and innovative technologies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5 + years of experience of custom development with the Salesforce platform, including web services (REST/SOAP), Apex, SOQL etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SLDS etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation, and security
  • Solid understand of Agile methodologies and working practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php130, Php160,000.00 per month
