What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff to ensure efficient store operations and exceptional customer service
  2. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control to maintain optimal product availability
  3. Promote and maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
  4. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance store productivity and profitability
  5. Provide coaching, training, and support to retail associates to develop their skills and capabilities
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
  7. Assist in the preparation of operational reports and financial data as required

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail store management or supervisory role
  2. Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop retail staff
  4. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  5. Proficient in inventory management and data analysis to drive operational efficiencies
  6. Familiarity with retail operations, including point-of-sale systems, merchandising, and store policies
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both store teams and customers
  8. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
