Credit and Collection Associate is primarily responsible in handling collections from all accounts.

Some of the duties include but not limited to:

  • Implements and fulfills all ATPI and all company policies / commitments / standards/ regulations including those decided during respective meetings.
  • Runs Statement of Accounts (SOA) and sends all invoices to assigned clients.
  • Monitors client payments and follow up unpaid transactions.
  • Issues official receipts for daily collections and posts in VISMA.
  • Reconciles payment details.
  • Handles all queries and disputes regarding raised invoices.

Job specifications:

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accountancy or any business course.

Experience:

1.0 Minimum of 3 years experience in handling Credit and Collection.

2.0 Must be tech savvy

3.0 Hands on experience in MS Office programs especially Excel
