About the role

Join Citistores, Inc.', an exciting and fast-paced retail company, as a Store Manager (Luzon). In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our stores located in Sorsogon City, Sorsogon. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our business in the Luzon region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, staffing, customer service, and financial performance
  2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, improve profitability, and enhance the customer experience
  3. Lead, motivate, and empower a team of retail associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance
  4. Monitor store metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to drive operational efficiency
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall strategic goals of Citistores, Inc.'

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the Luzon region
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to drive operational excellence
  4. Demonstrable experience in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
  5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive in-store experience
  6. Familiarity with retail technology and data-driven decision-making
  7. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
