Assistant Store Manager

  1. Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service
  2. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control
  3. Ensure efficient cash handling, reconciliation, and banking procedures
  4. Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to maintain compliance and standards
  5. Assist with the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  7. Provide coaching and training to store team members to enhance their skills and performance
  8. Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or assistant manager role
  2. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and financial reporting
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Familiarity with retail industry regulations and best practices
  7. Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to driving store success
  8. Willing to be assigned in different areas across the Philippines.
