WERE HIRING: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (Full-Time)

A well-established multinational bakery is looking for MANAGEMENT TRAINEE team members to join our growing team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in overall store operations including sales, customer service, production, and administration.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, monitoring performance, and maintaining store standards.
  • Train and guide new employees to ensure quality service and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory, stock requests, and daily paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
  • Maintain cleanliness, product quality, and safety in the store.
  • Coordinate with HR on employee attendance, performance, and compliance with company requirements.
  • Conduct market research and suggest improvements to boost productivity and profitability.
  • Ensure proper documentation, secure handling of company files, and compliance with company policies.
  • Assume full store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong academic background and relevant managerial experience.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, decisive, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and commitment to operational excellence.

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:

  • 13th month salary
