Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to promote assigned brands, ensuring the growth and profitability. Responsible for building and maintaining a strong, positive brand image that resonates with consumers and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

Formulate the brand's long-term strategy, vision, and goals. Ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives and market positioning.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats for the brand. Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics.

Product Development:

Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that products align with brand positioning. Provide input on product design, features, and improvements based on consumer insights.

Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and public relations activities. Work with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and messages. Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online campaigns.

Sales Support:

Develop trade marketing strategies to support sales channels and drive retail performance. Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and information to effectively promote the brand.

Budget Management:

Manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor and report on the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities.

Brand Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales, market share, and consumer feedback. Adjust strategies and plans based on performance data and market conditions.

Brand Communication:

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Maintain and enhance the brand's image and reputation in the market.

Innovation and Adaptation:

Stay updated on industry trends and innovations. Adapt strategies to keep the brand relevant and competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of brand management experience is required for this position.

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in brand management or a similar role.

Experience in handling multiple brands or a portfolio of products is advantageous.

Experience in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns across various channels.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.
