ABOUT WIZER INDUSTRIES, INC.
Wizer Industries, Inc. started in early 1960's as the exclusive distributor of watches, with business coming mainly from wholesalers and individual watch stores. which were the main retail channels for timepiece at the time.
Wizer Industries, Inc. sells only genuine watches as the Philippines' authorized retailer of Tissot, Frederique Constant, Alpina, Tommy Hilfiger, Aries Gold, Bering, Calvin Klein and Leonard Montres.
We operate mono-brand retail stores for Tissot, Frederique Constant, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. We also lead two home-grown multi-brand concept stores called Tempus and The Watch Store
Tempus houses premium Euro-Swiss watch brands, while The Watch Store offers a variety of watch brands at a more affordable price point for a bigger audience to enjoy. Our boutiques are located in prime malls across key cities nationwide.
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead and execute brand development and inventory management strategies that align with business objectives. This roles combines branding, demand planning, procurement, and campaign execution, requiring cross-functional collaboration with external partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. INVENTORY & DEMAND PLANNING
- Develop and maintain accurate demand planning models.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels across all distribution channels.
- Implement inventory tracking systems and support warehouse coordination.
- Ensure timely stock replenish to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Analyze inventory data and provide performance reports.
2. PROCUREMENT & SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
- Create procurement strategies based on forecasted demand.
- Negotiated with supplier for favorable terms, pricing and delivery.
- Oversee purchase order placements and procurement timelines.
3. BRAND STRATEGY & CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
- Develop and execute brand plans in line with business goals.
- Lead Marketing campaign across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
- Collaborate with creatives to produce marketing and packaging materials.
- Ensure brand consistency through the development and enforcement of guidelines.
- Manage brand assets ( logos, packaging, templates, ets.)
- Work with agencies, designers, and vendors to bring branding projects to life.
4. REPORTING AND PERFORMANCE
- Define and track key performance indicator (KPI's) for brand and inventory.
- Evaluate campaign results and propose improvements using data insights.
- Present reports to senior management regularly.
5. BRAND GROWTH AND ENGANGEMENT
- Identify opportunities for product extensions, partnerships, and new markets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain brand competitiveness.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, events, or public engangements.
- Foster brand loyalty among customers, partners and employees.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in brand management or similar role.
- Experience in demand planning, inventory, procurement is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management.
- Creative mindset with a deep understanding of branding and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project Management skills.
Tools:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Data Visualization tools.
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Social Media platforms is a bonus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
